All products are tested before sale unless clearly stated otherwise.
Products may have minor cosmetic scratches due to being used equipment.

All prices are quoted in PKR unless otherwise specified.
Shipping charges are separate unless agreed otherwise.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment must be made before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
We accept bank transfer, cash, and approved digital payment methods.
Orders will not be processed until payment confirmation.

6. Warranty Policy

We offer 7 Days Checking Warranty on used products.
Warranty covers hardware functionality only.
No return policy applies; only exchange within 7 days in case of verified hardware fault.
After 7 days, ConnecTech is not responsible for any issue.
Physical damage, burning, water damage, or mishandling voids warranty.

7. No Return Policy

We do not offer refunds.
Only exchange is allowed within the warranty period if product is faulty.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time depends on location and courier service.
ConnecTech is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
Risk transfers to buyer once product is handed over to courier.

9. Technical Support

Basic configuration guidance may be provided.
Advanced configuration, installation, or onsite support may be charged separately.

10. Liability Limitation

ConnecTech is not liable for:

- Business interruption
- Configuration errors by customer
- Incompatibility issues
