Return & Refund Policy

ConnecTech offers a 7-day checking warranty on used and refurbished items. The checking period starts on the date the customer receives the item. Please test the item promptly and contact us within this period if it is not working as described.

What is covered

A return, exchange or refund can be considered only when the item is returned within the 7-day checking period, is not physically damaged, and is in the same condition in which it was supplied. The item must include the agreed accessories, parts and serial number.

Damage and burning

Claims are not accepted for burned items, electrical damage, liquid damage, physical damage, broken ports, tampering, misuse, incorrect installation, power fluctuation or any other customer-caused damage. These conditions void the checking warranty.

Refund or exchange

After inspection confirms that the claim is eligible, the customer may choose an exchange for an available equivalent item or a refund. Exchanges are handled on the spot where possible. Approved refunds are returned within 10 days after inspection and approval.

How to request help

Contact us before sending an item back and provide the order number, model, serial number and a clear description of the issue. Items returned after the 7-day period, or returned without prior contact, may not qualify.
