Warranty coverage varies by product, condition and supplier. New products may carry manufacturer warranty while refurbished equipment may carry a ConnecTech or supplier warranty as stated on the listing or quotation.

Please contact us with your order number, model and serial number before sending equipment for warranty inspection.

Technical Support

Our team can assist with product selection, compatibility, configuration guidance and basic troubleshooting. On-site installation or advanced engineering services can be arranged where available.
